Senior Officer
Violetta Hryshko is a Ukrainian-born executive, legal strategist, and international advisor with extensive experience across public sector governance, political advisory, and cross-border project development.
She began her professional career in Ukraine, working closely with senior leadership of one of the country’s leading political parties, including at the level of the First Deputy Chairman. In this role, she contributed to strategic coordination, policy development, and legal structuring within complex governmental and political frameworks.
Violetta holds a Master’s degree in Law from Taurida National V.I. Vernadsky University. Throughout her career, she has held multiple legal and advisory positions, developing strong expertise in regulatory navigation, institutional advisory, and structuring high-impact initiatives at both governmental and executive levels.
She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Sirius Trading Company, a Free Zone-registered company actively engaged in international trade and collaboration with partners across global markets.
Violetta has also been involved in a number of high-value governmental and humanitarian initiatives, including:
• Advisor to a $28 million relief fund supporting victims of armed conflict for the Government of Ukraine;
• Advisor to a $50 million children’s war relief fund;
• Legal advisor on initiatives involving the Kyiv City Government.
Recognized for her strategic mindset and leadership capabilities, she operates at the intersection of legal expertise, executive management, and international cooperation, working closely with government-level stakeholders and international partners.
Currently, she is engaged in the development of large-scale investment and infrastructure projects in the Dominican Republic, focused on economic growth, investment structuring, and strengthening international partnerships within the region.
Her work reflects a commitment to delivering high-impact solutions across both public and private sectors, positioning her as a trusted advisor in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments.
